Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase of one of our GameTime Sidekicks products. Our goal is to make sure that everyone of our customers enjoys our drink ware. When you purchase one of our products please visit our warranty page and input the information to register your product so that if you have any issue’s we can take care of your exchange as quickly and easily as possible. If there is a problem or defect with any of our products we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can send the product back to us so that we can inspect it to find out the cause of the problem and we will send you a replacement of the product that you purchased. If you purchased one of our products from a retail store and want to return or exchange it at that store then you will have to check their return policy.
